Detail Itinerary :- After having sumptuous breakfast in the morning, depart for Badami. Badami, in the state of Karnataka, was the one time capital of the Chalukyas and is famous for the 6th and 7th centuries cave and rock cut temples.

Arrive at Badami, check in at the Badami hotel, relax for a while and later on proceed for Badami sightseeing tour. Badami is known for cave temples belonging to the golden period of Chalukya rule. There are four prominent cave temples with exquisite carvings. Hospet owes its tourist importance to its proximity to Hampi, the site of the medieval Vijayanagar Empire, situated about 13 kms away. While driving for Hospet, en- route visit Aihole. Aihole, once the capital of early Chalukyas, is now a village with over a hundred temples of the 5th century. Aihole is also known as cradle of the Hindu temple architecture. Visit Ladkhan temple, Durga temple, Huchamasti temple, Rawalphad temple, Konthi temple complex and Uma Maheshwaran temple in Aihole.

Later on, proceed for Hospet.
