Relax for some time and in the early afternoon move for visiting famous and peculiar places of Cochin which include the St Francis Church ( the oldest Church in India), 500 year old Portuguese Houses, Chinese fishing nets, 16th century Synagogue, Jewish Town and Mattancherry Palace ( built by Portuguese and contains some of India's most beautiful murals). Detail Itinerary :- After having sumptuous breakfast in the hotel, proceed for Munnar which is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale. Munnar is 132 kms away from Cochin and 1600 Meter above sea level. This majestic hill station was once the summer resort of the British government in South India. On arrival at Munnar, check in at the Munnar hotel. Relax, refresh and move on for leisurely sightseeing which comprises Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo point.

Overnight stay is planned in Munnar hotel.

Detail Itinerary :- Have breakfast in the hotel, refresh and embark on for Rajamalai or Iravikulam National Park where the rarest species of mountain goat, "Nilgiri Thars", can be spotted. Measuring up to 80 feet in length, these houseboats, one of the most exotic and exciting tourism product in India, are constructed by tying huge planks of jack wood without using a single nail. Check in at the houseboat in the noon and cruise through the backwaters. You will be served traditional Kerala food on the houseboat. These houseboats usually have one or two bath rooms, an open lounge, deck, kitchenette and crew comprising oarsmen and a cook.

Trivendrum is only 14 kms away from Kovalam. Proceed to visit Trivendrum. Visit Padmanabhaswamy Temple, museum and art gallery.
